This sounds a lot like Aaron Karo's Ruminations on College Life which is HILARIOUS. I was on the mailing list throughout my college career, and each installment never failed to crack me up. He made the e-mails into a book, and I'm pretty sure you can order it on his webpage www.aaronkaro.com

Can't guarantee it will be the same stuff, but he was Greek (a ZBT at UPenn) and he is pure hilarity.
