I wonder if it would help at all to keep reinforcing the fact that your own house doesn't haze very much. Maybe it would send a subliminal message that the house he's interested in is one that is big on hazing. But it wouldn't be against the rules because you would really only be talking about your own house. If that doesn't work, let him pledge this other house and find out for himself. If he doesn't like being hazed, he can de-pledge and join your house or another one.
