I have to say, when Wal-Mart which is arguably the worst corporation in our country, comes out against something like this it's time to give up and go home.
There was a great interview on MSNBC today with a woman from the American Family Association, she said that the CEO of Apple is "not smart" and just repeatedly put her foot in her mouth.

The owners of a Indiana pizza restaurant say they wouldn't cater a gay or lesbian wedding. But they're okay with serving gay or lesbian people who come in for a pizza.

One of the better Yelp "reviews":
Quote:
Married my cousin (a girl, NATURALLY) last week and without hesitation, picked up the phone and begged Memories Pizza to cater the ceremony on short notice. Now let me tell you, there's a lot of cousin weddings here in the good, God fearing state of Indiana, and I knew that Memories catering would be in high demand. Despite this, the good people at Memories did not disappoint, assuring me that all my slack jawed guests would leave my weddin' with full stomachs and empty, closed minds. Would give it 6 stars but I can't count that high.

Fake website that was up earlier today until people (i.e., the owners) complained to the hosting site:

Didn't even take a week to get to the SNL "going out of business" skit to happen. Memories pizza closed down from the backlash.
Honestly I'm glad, they didn't have to say hey we're bigots, they could of kept their mouth shut until they encountered a gay wedding. Some people are outraged that they got so much heat, but they couldn't of painted a bigger target for themselves. No sympathy for bigots.

The TV news reporter came TO their establishment and asked their opinion of the new law. Religious signs and momenntos abound in the shop, which made it really easy for the reporter to find a target for her story.
Obviously the proprietor should have just lied through her teeth. Although I would imagine her religious beliefs don't condone that either.

Still not going to feel bad for a bigot.

What would be obvious to most people with business sense would be to refuse to cooperate with the reporter. Saying "No comment" would have worked. But to Nanners' point, it's hard for me to feel to bad for them and their intolerance.
