From hearing what the npc rush is like I don't think that nphc sororities informational is like that rush. (well at least in my org/chapter)
informational is just that a place to go to get to know information about the org and that chapter
"rush" is a no turning back point. It means you really want to be a part of this organization and are not looking for just info anymore.
