Alpha Xi Delta is renting a house with a 5 year lease. Phi Mu is planning to return in 2016.
And we're now located across the street from my husbands fraternity (although no one is currently living there because it's being completely renovated!) It's a really good thing we didn't live in that house when I was there, I would have never had a reason to leave Chalmers St.
