my school has 5 sororities. panhel sets quota each year by dividing the number of rushees (who haven't dropped out) after the third round of parties, by 5. this makes the pledge class size right around 30 new members/sorority. so, in theory, there IS a space for every rushee, so long as she is willing to join any one of the houses.....
