CSU – Northridge has asked the Pi Kappa Phi chapter to “cease and desist” activities pending the investigation of a pledge’s death; please see

The story ^^ indicates that the pledge who died had already decided to drop out of pledging, but went along on activity where he died. Sad, if true.
