Now HOW in the heck did I miss that! Too early I guess.
You'd be a BIG HIT here in Cajun Country!

I've always wanted to do bluegrass/country (REAL country). The opportunity to this day has yet to present itself.

i can play any instrument except the scitar and the bagpipes. i play special events (weddings, reunions, dinners, etc.), and local venues. The former for $$, the latter in an attempt at pickin' up chicks.
***note***
in true Animal House fashion, if you ever see a guy playing sappy music on a guitar, trying to hog all the girls at a party, take it and break it.

i play wind instruments, especially clarinet and french horn/mellophone quite well. If necessary, i can get a couple of tunes out of a piano. hmm... now things would be great if american idol had an instrumentalist competition!

I'm a master triangle player.
Seriously, I played piano, guitar and violin. The key word is played.

My principal instrument is the flute, which I've played for around 11 years now. I received my Bachelor's in Music and played in a variety of ensembles (band, orchestra, chamber music, etc.) I have played weddings, holiday programs, and in pit orchestras for traveling musicals that came into town while I was in college. It's easy $$ for very little rehearsal because the music for these things is usually pretty easy. I'm looking to get involved with the community orchestra (or something) here now because I miss playing in an ensemble after doing it for so long.
I also play guitar and piano (which are functional instruments for my profession) but I'm not really wonderful at either. To the untrained ear, it's fine, but no way would I ever want to give a concert on either one
