Really? They actually had collegiate members transfer to the target school, just so they could lead the colonization effort? Am I reading that wrong?
In the 1940s, that was a fairly common way of colonizing chapters. Remember, it was before field secretaries/leadership consultants/graduate consultants become a part of NPC life.
