Thank you for your inquiry. Please be mindful that any Greek letter organization is larger than the chapter at any particular school. Based on your comments, the Brothers at your school may not be fulfuilling all chapter requirements. However, it is unlikely that the chapter does not complete Alpha's national agenda. I encourage you to continue to pursue membership and if in fact you are invited for membership perhaps you can help make the chapter what you think it should be.
