Doesn't. We don't have formal recruitment- it's a complete free-for-all, every chapter does whatever. It works for us. Generally, men don't bother to check out more than one chapter; if they're going to rush at all, they go somewhere they already know people. Every year there are some IFC events planned in conjuction with Panhel, but it's always just the women's groups who show up, never the men's.
Honestly, I like our system. The less I have to do with the other fraternities, the better. It saves me the time of actively disliking them.
