From what I recall being a recruitment advisor, any women in good standing with the university, taking a full course load, and having the required GPA are eligible for COB even if they did not participate in formal recruitment. The only exceptions are women who went through formal recruitment, signed a bid card and then DECLINED a bid if offered.
