There was a whole long thread about restarting the NPC system at IPFW, and at the time the aformentioned poster made it sound like they were forced to choose a sorority to be an interest group of because the school didn't necessarily know what they were doing in regards to interest groups and colonizations. Apparently that has changed now, or else they liked Pi Phi enough to stick with them
