There are monthly charges of $19.98 per month but it includes hosting plus all the software.
I would also be happy to custom build a site for any sororities or fraternities based on our software and not charge anything on top of the $19.98 for setting it all up. Not only that, if you don't like what I build, I can fix the site or you can just walk away. You won't have to pay until after you see the site. After I'm done, I will teach you how to easily update and use the site. Since it's geared for beginners, it's really easy to use.
