You won't know unless you try. If you get cut, there's your answer. Your GPA does seem very low, and I think you need to ask yourself if you can really afford to participate in greek life since you have a track record of allowing distractions to adversely affect your grades. The answer to that question has nothing to do with whether or not the sororities will offer you a bid.
