There's a story on Yahoo! that The DoC is being helicoptered to London, supposedly to go the hospital!

Well I am very excited about it! I think it is so romantic! I think it's going to be a girl and her name will be Victoria Diana.

I would only assume that if it's a girl Diana will be in there somewhere. And possibly Elizabeth. I am sure it will be traditional. Boys could be less traditional, if they want to honor his mother the son could always be named Spencer (her maiden name).

In a weird way, I think it's kind of endearing how the Duchess continues to be pregnant past her due date (although that my change by the time I finish typing this). Every mom, whether rich, poor, royal or commoner, who saw her due date come and go with the baby staying put knows how the poor thing must feel!

I read once that Princesses Beatrice, Eugenie, and Louise were all denied the use of the name Elizabeth, as that would be reserved for a daughter in direct line to the throne. So, maybe Princess Elizabeth Diana Victoria?

And I, too, like the use of Andrew, especially since that's where they met! I'm so excited!

As an aside, when I know a woman is pregnant, I pray for her & the baby until the baby's born. I've been praying for this baby a LOT! That doesn't mean that I wouldn't pray for any of y'all who are (or become) pregnant - it's my honor to do so!

DH & I were just discussing a royal daughter, and we think that the best would be Princess Diana Olivia Victoria Elizabeth. England could use a DOVE!

Who am I kidding, as long as the baby's healthy, they can name it Prince Felix!

If it's a boy, my money is on George, Charles, Edward and/or Philip being in there. Maybe Albert. For girls, I'd bet on Elizabeth, Alexandra, Mary or perhaps Victoria. According to the bookies, Charlotte is also good bet.

I go back and forth over whether they'd use Diana, but they well may. It's worth remembering, though, that the name the child goes by isn't necessarily the name the child would use as king or queen. Any of the given names can be used as the regnal name.

I'm interested to see the royal baby's name because there's a very good chance she'll have the exact same name as my daughter (or son)

This adjective is more generous than the one chosen by most of the family members...I think "weird" popped up more often.

There's a story here, and I think I want to hear it! How on earth can anyone (bless their hearts!) name their brand new baby daughter any male name, let alone Felix??

Unless, of course, it's reminiscent of the Dick Van Dyke show with ROSEBUD.

(Farrah Elizabeth Lola Isabella Xaviera???)
