Really cute dress - but I would say it would be better for skit day.

Spaghetti straps for Ice Water Teas are usually ok, but they can get uncomfortable after a while on a long hot day. You don't want something that will make you fidgety.

I have seen several women wearing strapless dresses for prefs. (with <ahem> GOOD foundation garments....)
