Raking grass. Mom insisted that it be raked after every cutting.
And drying dishes. I'd rather wash than dry. Now I let them air dry in the dish drainer. It's supposed to be healthier!
Nowadays, I hate hate hate ironing. When I was 6 or 7, I'd beg to iron. Mom would let me iron handerkerchiefs and washcloths.
And finally, putting pictures in an album. We have boxes and boxes of pictures - and now flashdrives and flashdrives of pictures - unmounted in albums. I do not see the fascination with scrapbooking!

I grew up in San Antonio and LOVED doing yard work. In fact I had my own mowing business in high school. I HATED doing anything house related -like dusting, vacuuming, ironing, dishes-my mother always made me do this dometic crap while my brother got to mow the yard. I would always complain that it was so sexist. I finally told her no more at about the age of 14. From then on I got to do the yard work. Now I hate yard work.

I hated it so much that I decided I'll be buying a condo instead of a house so I won't have to mow or trim anything lol

I am with you on that-when I had my house here in Austin I hired people to do the yard. I just didn't have the time nor the energy. Now I live in an apt and will likely be buying a condo soon with no yard. I did make great money in HS though!
