The Hillel House's Domain Name Server had a bug, and as a result, the Sigma AEPi site, which was hosted on the Hillel site, went down.
A duplicate version of the site is on-line at
http://www.sigmaaepi.com/.
MTV had nothing to do with the original site going down.
