I wasn't sure what "affiliate sororities" meant either, but following are the NPC organizations:

Alpha Chi Omega
Alpha Epsilon Phi
Alpha Phi
Chi Omega
Delta Delta Delta
Delta Gamma
Gamma Phi Beta
Kappa Alpha Theta
Kappa Kappa Gamma
Pi Beta Phi
Sigma Delta Tau

That must mean the other mentioned are the affliates:

Alpha Omega Epsilon (as AOEforme mentioned above)
Gamma Alpha Omega
Sigma Alpha Omega
