eh. ick. eww. i work with girls that are in state's custody. and 90% of the time, when we get a new girl in, she's dressed like a little street walker. i understand having "club clothes" but DAMN - not at 2 in the afternoon people. it's just not right. not only should these parents not be letting their kids walk around like this - but how does a pre-teen get the $ for clothes like these. there just something wrong with a parent buying clothes like that for a pre-teen. eh.
