That is indeed the case at UofA (and probably many SEC campuses) -- even though the strong rushing chapters at UofA are also well-represented by OOS new members.

I'm really surprised at the OOS numbers and variety of states UofA has attracted -- hope this eventually improves the public (national) perception of Alabama (I can say that -- I live here ).
