This is news to me. I've only heard of this story via Facebook posts and an article I read on CNN's website. I was under the impression that it was the CEO of the company talking on his own personal behave in this situation (even though CEO's/founders regularly use the power and influence of their companies to influence laws and regulations). Now I'm curious to find out how this has come to light just now especially if this has been going on for years.
