Back in the day, we had a cook. Not a chef.
But man...could she cook!
People fought to be invited for dinner.
We had it SO good and didn't even know it.
Our Housemom was also our cook. I still kick myself for not getting her chili recipe before I graduated. it was so good.
I didn't gain a freshman 15, but I did gain a "junior 15" from eating all the yummy food Mom cooked!
