I love when total is set at what seems like a random number like Cincinnati’s 127. Why not 126 or 128?

I know total on my campus is currently 109, because we use the median chapter size. They could be doing that or using an average chapter size to determine total.

I don't understand why total is more than four times quota?!? or is this not their primary recruitment?

This is their formal recruitment. It's more than four times quota partially because they had prematurely lowered total and then this recruitment happened and boosted pretty much everyone over so they are looking to raise it again.
