People who still write out checks in stores.

Especially when they just stand there while the cashier rings up all 67 of their items, and then act as though it's a surprise that they need to pay. We get to wait even longer while they fish around for the wallet or checkbook that they could have gotten out and had ready while the cashier was scanning things.
