http://www.nebraskapikes.com for some good Continuing Education articles. I am a big fan of having weekly or bi-weekly articles from Maxim, Men's Health, Men's Journal, or any variety of sources on virtually everything.
As far as actual events go, there are a couple of things that are really good programs that you can do. For example, the Gamma Upsilon Chapter at the University of Tulsa (which has won the Continuing Education Award in the past) does a Ballroom Dancing Class in their chapter house about a week before their formal in the fall. In the spring, they have a clothing rep. from a nice suit store in town come and do a dressing for success seminar. Also, they host an AIDS awarness seminar.
