At smaller schools with smaller chapters, not everyone can find a niche in every group. That's just the way it is. If she was that miserable, she was right to depledge. "Stick it out for two years" is something you should say about trying times at your job, not your sorority.

All valid points. I can't disagree with any of that. It's the depledging/rerushing as a senior in a three chapter system that has me shaking my head. But if she thinks she has a shot at it, more power to her.
