There are more drunk people at The Diner on any night of the week than there are in all the Eat & Parks combined in a month.

I can honestly say I've never witnessed this.
I don't know if I'm just in a different part of town when it happens but a lot of people I know don't even know what The Diner is. Which is a shame b/c grilled stickies are like a Penn State tradition
