I was at the Columbus Race for the Cure this past spring, and the Survivors tent had something along the lines as what was mentioned up top. ZTA also sponsored the tshirts the Survivors were wearing, and there was an MC at the finish line calling out to the Survivors crossing the finish line and asking them how long, and she'd announce it over the loudspeaker.
