I saw that episode a while back too. I didn't see anything bad going on though, it was just a party with drinking. I don't know for sure, but the policy on drinking is enforced differently from college to college. As long as you obey the law, then you probably don't get in trouble with your orgs. I don't remember seeing any letters on the house when Dave went inside, but perhaps there were and I just wasn't paying attention. Overall, looked pretty harmless to me, in fact, it was a positive promo IMO...
