When I studied abroad in Spain, the shower water would only stay warm for ~1 minute. It was the most annoying thing in the world! I learned to lather up with the water off, and only use the shower to rinse off. I get pissed if I'm standing with my hand under a faucet waiting for it to warm up and it takes forever or just never heats up.
Another pet peeve of mine is when people are unreasonably nosy! I am a very private person and I don't answer to just anyone.
