Actually I think some Panhellenics are no longer "collecting" resumes and pictures. Since just about every SEC school uses ICS there is no need for "paper" resumes/pictures to be submitted to Greek Life Office. At Ole Miss it is recommended to send the info like a resume/picture directly to the chapter especially if you don't have a rec. I would check with the Greek Life office at State. They have a great Greek Life Office and staff from what I have heard.
It is competitive at State. So, be open minded and have your recs in on time.
