What I find interesting is that a size ten (ten!) is more and more the cut-off for being considered full-figured.
That's funny to me - I'm larger around the hips than I am in the bust - below the waist I'm full figured, above the waist, I could be Twiggy. Well, perhaps the difference isn't quite that dramatic, but you get the picture.
So here I am, walking through some clothing establishment, that rarely if ever have slacks or skirts at size 10, let alone higher. What I'm looking for is blouses - I can wear a medium, even a small sometimes. And the sales girl is all rude, asking me if she can help, eyeing me up and down as if I'm beyond all help.
*mutter* I just remembered why I hate shopping at place that think they're all that, but really aren't.....!
