This is a house which is actually plastered, not drywalled. I'm dreading the costs (I'm coughing at the thought of it), but when that window comes out, so does all mold! There is a gable just above the window which has leaked (yes, I need some roofing, too), and I think that's what caused the mold.
I want to bring this house
completely up to code, because I can
feel a condo in my future. Hopefully, the near future! It's a great small house, about 1,000 sq feet on one floor, hardwood floors, an almost finished basement below, on 3/4 of an acre. I'm fairly handy, if I know what to do (my daddy & I rebuilt the kitchen), but alone, I'm time-poor.
