How 'bout when I walk into a room with my AKA t-shirt on, and some girl is literally staring me down as if she is trying to make eye contact with me. Once she has finally built up the nerve to greet me, the first thing out of her mouth is, "So ... you're an AKA?"
My response: "Uh, ... what gave it away? Is it the brightly colored, enormously large capital letters across my chest that read A, K and A?????"
I can only hope this is not the approach one takes if she is considering aspiring for MY sorority.
