I think it's a good idea. There are women of color in sororities all around the country, and if this school needs a little nudge by having two eminently qualified women serve as a springboard to understanding, that's great.
I'd love to know if the OP's chapter was one of the houses who got the 3 black women who completed recruitment. And I'd like to know how heavily the PNMs were cut, or if they all got invited back to the same, possibly more open minded houses.
