I then told her that there are campuses with incredible Sigma Kappa chapters (one of my friends is from a chapter in Ohio) and that she needs to not say such harsh things about the other NPC GLOs on here. I am truly sorry if anyone was offended by her.

I feel compelled to say that you're missing the absolute insanity. Her opinions on Sigma Kappa or any other non-elite 5 sorority are meaningless.
This isn't really a matter of misplaced Phi Mu pride or something.
