The thing that I did not like about this episode was that it seemed that seat positioning on the plane pretty much decided the entire leg of the race. Each task appeared to take the same amount of time for each team, which was never really that long. For the final leg give me fewer tasks but ones which can vary widely in the time it takes to complete- as in 1-3 hours each. I recognize that there are always bad cabbies that can impact the race too, but I don't like that either. For a million bucks I really want to see them earn it in the final episode by truly outplaying the other teams. This just wasn't very interesting.

I was at the lesbians. Caite is far from faultless, but come on. They acted like a couple of 13 year olds when she tried to apologize and I can't believe they hold such bitterness an anger. I also don't think BC made a big mistake in U-turning them. They had just as much potential to be a threat as the other teams left.

Well, the blonde lesbian had the good sense to look embarrassed. There is a time to let it go - and the end of the race is that time. There's nothing to be gained by essentially saying you weren't that strong of a team (which you do when you say "You should u-turn a stronger team"). A calm "I don't believe you are sorry but I am going to concentrate on the good aspects of this adventure" would have been both gracious AND let the audience know that you didn't believe in the sincerity of the apology.

Yes to all of the above. Saved me some typing

One thing about the leg that I really did like, however, was that the clues were that- clues. They weren't "go to this address", they were more like the initial seasons of "figure out what this is". Like the Coit Tower clue, or even the music hall. I liked that.

The brothers were smart for writing everything down- but that was WAY too little to have to do for the last challenge. They've had some really complex memory ones in the past, which yes were miserable for some but at least it was more challenging and interesting.

I was so confused when the cowboy (Cord I think?) wouldn't walk ahead because the guy was in front of him (okay, I admit it- I can barely tell who's who in most same-sex groups because they always refer to them in pairs, and they rarely use each other's names!)... dude, this is a race and it's the last leg of the race. And they cut in front of you at the airport! Walk forward.

We were trying to figure out whether they'd get a penalty for moving up to first class. But I guess the rule is that you can't buy a first class ticket, not that you can't weasel your way into a free upgrade once onboard.

Except for Brent and Caite's long cab ride to Battery Park.

This is an insult to 13-year-olds.

SWTXBelle is right -- at least Carol (?) had the grace to clap and the good sense to look embarrassed, but Brandi (?) behaved like a petulant child.

She didn't. And we don't actually know what she was going to say since Brandi didn't want to hear it.

The Lesbians needed to learn that life is about all of the choices you make, and that includes the choice to be a complete and utter rude bitch to others. Fine if they want to be that way, but it was only a matter of time til someone put them in their place and unfortunately for them, it was on TAR. I probably would have done the same thing, actually, if someone had so insulted me.
I feel no sympathy for them.

But I am said the cowboys didn't win.

My mom and I noticed that. I don't even watch this show but happened to catch the last 5 minutes of the finale and I didn't like them (well, the rude one anyway).
