Sounds like you may be doing COB or colonization rather than formal recruitment. If so, then I they probably are bringing it down a notch from the cocktail dress level. But something you'd wear to a wedding or a banquet would be appropriate. As previous poster said, be careful of the cut of the top...the "girls" don't need to be hanging out....
