Transfer Rush at Kentucky

Im planning on possibly transferring to the University of Kentucky. If you are attractive, have rec letters, pretty good grades (over a 3.0) and activities (I want to also join the equestrian club and possibly FCA- Fellowship of the the Christian Athletes) would it be possible to get into a good house rushing as a transfer?
