I think V stands for vagina. She seems past the virgin card at this point.
"v" stands for virgin. "Turning in your v-card" is a popular term for losing your virginity. For many high school kids, you haven't lost your virginity until you physically have intercourse. And just cause she wrote this list down doesn't mean she's done anything....yet. (although, i doubt it)
