"coinkidink" or "coinkydink"

It is such a terrible word that it doesn't even have a standardized spelling. Gracious, this word absolutely makes my skin crawl. I have no idea why, but I cannot stand it when people say it. It is worse than hearing someone pull tape off of Styrofoam.
