There is a girl in my dorm who transferred from NC State and was initiated into a sorority not here. She wants to rush again and get into a sorority here.

How do they find this out exactly? I know that you can only be in 1.

Yeah but do they have a way of knowing before recruitment? what if they don't find out before initiation?

Collegians, alums, advisors...they all talk. There's no way to give you a definitive answer because it's not always public knowledge of how they know or when they know.

Even if this gal is initiated into a 2nd NPC, who's to say she won't be found out? She'll lose all sorority membership then!
