I know for a fact that you can SIP and accept a bid through COB since my last little sis did that when she did not put AOII on her bid list but decided to accept our bid after recruitment. I doubt very seriously that our by the books Greek Advisor would have let her do so against panhellenic rules, though, I have never read the rules myself.
