Good - now let's hope she gets confirmed and we get past this whole mess.

I'm a big Supreme Court/appellate court dork, but I can't stand the nomination process. Both sides (Dems with Bork and Estrada, Republicans now with Sotomayor) have turned federal judge hearings into extended-length campaign commercials.
