At most schools quota is the number who attend prefs divided by the number of sororities. So quota is always the same number for every sorority. If that is consistently over total then total is too low and/or another house needs to come on. But in formal recruitment, they bid to quota regardless of what total is.

Sorry I haven't checked to see if this is posted elsewhere, but I just heard last night that our new chapter at TCU made quota and is now at total!

I was just wondering how they were doing! I know Cinda went out to work with them last year and this year, so their success doesn't surprise me.

Do you know what quota and total are?
