Our PHA Exec Board had actually been feeling the same thing from our chapter. Consequently, the VP-New Member Education and our Chapter's Mem Ed worked together to create a "Panhel Buddy System". They assigned a PHA Exec member to every active chapter sister so that they can ask us questions about how our chapter works and we can ask questions about how the NPC works (because not all of my sisters are lucky enough to frequent GC....
) and more specifically, how Panhel functions at my school.
It was a really warm, friendly gesture and will be very helpful for both of us. We're the first new chapter to be added to the PHA since the 60s and the first ever associate members, so there is a LARGE learning curve.
They've also promised to be more prompt about responding and we've reminded our delegates to take excellent, excellent notes. Hurrah!
