It isn't on here for another two hours. But I guess I don't have to watch it now.

I am just glad Stefan didn't win. Me personally, I would never go to a restuarant owned by him. I'm much rather go to one owed by Hosea or Carla. I much prefer Carla.
I too thought it was a little, cheap, of the judges to say that Carla was out because her last course didn't have a souffle (however you spell it). They should have taken in account the whole season (on all the contestants), not just the final challenge.
Whatever, Stefan didn't win, I'm happy.

It wasn't just the souffle that nailed Carla...it was the meat dish, too. She let Kasey talk her into doing those things, and it meant Carla was out of her element. As much as I wanted her to win, I knew as soon as she lost the souffle that she was done.

I honestly don't know why Carla did that! The pressure of the whole thing must have really gotten to her, enough that she would second guess her own taste.
I knew that once Carla said she was gonna go with Kasey's idea for the souffle that it was over. I don't remember what season Kasey was on, or what she cooked. But I remember her not being that good (right? I could be confusing her with someone). I practically screamed out NOOO CARLA!!!

No, Casey was good. She was in the final three on her season. IIRC she had a tendency to crack under pressure though. I think Carla should have just done what she planned, not been influenced by Casey and she would have won.
I'm just glad Stefan didn't win. He's such an arrogant a-hole. I would have really liked to see Fabio or Carla win though

I thought it was interesting that Fabio was back as a sort of amateur judge for the finale... hopefully that means he will be on future shows! Definitely love that Italian!

Fabio is great. My sister's friend who has been fighting cancer is a friend of Fabio's. For her birthday, he came over and cooked her a fabulous meal . Left his restaurant, made her feel like a queen, and apparently has been a real source of support.
Yep, Fabio is my favorite.

Yay for Fabio! He was my favorite character, though not my favorite chef!

SERIOUSLY? Maybe it is a girl thing, because I really loathed him... I found stefan more appealing if you get what I am alluding to. He was literally my least favorite next to that blonde guy who was too cocky and complex

I didn't mind that Fabio got fan favorite, he did have some great one-liners and funny things to say.
I can't believe that one guy with the weird beard (he has those 2 squares shape cut outs) is 25. He looks more like 35.

I think everyone here who says they like Fabio are girls, so I don't think it's a girl thing! (Unless you're a guy?!?) He was humorous! I wouldn't eat anything he cooked except the chicken, but I know how to roast a chicken! I loved Stefan, too, and I wasn't offended by his "cockiness." I guess your talking about Jeff as the "too cocky and complex" guy.
