The rules are going to vary from group to group. Some may take you, while others will stay away since you'd have a history of jumping ship.

I left my local and joined my NPC. However, I was not initiated into the local.

It doesn't matter if we know people who left local sororities and joined other ones. What you can't seem to understand is that people's experiences are DIFFERENT. Membership policies VARY from one organization to another. We don't know the rules of your current organization. We don't know the rules of the other groups on campus you're considering.

Get out of your self pity already. Now that you know you've made a mistake, what are you going to do about it? Cry "poor me" online? What good will that do for you?
